Yes, a refundable security deposit is collected for every rental. The amount is shown on each product page and is refunded after pickup and inspection.

For companies: GST certificate, company ID and a purchase order or signed rental agreement. For individuals: government photo ID and address proof.

What happens if a device stops working?

Report the issue and we repair or replace it. Replacement units are provided for faults that are not caused by misuse or damage.
