Rental terms & conditions
These terms apply to all equipment rented from A2Z Rents (a2zrents.in).
1. Rental agreement
Every rental is governed by a written rental agreement or accepted quotation between A2Z Rents and the customer. Submitting an enquiry on this website does not by itself create a booking; a rental is confirmed only after our team confirms availability and terms in writing.
2. Rental period and pricing
Rental charges are quoted on a daily, weekly, monthly or long-term basis. The rental period begins on the delivery date and ends on the agreed return date. Billing is for the full committed minimum period even if the equipment is returned early.
3. Security deposit
A refundable, interest-free security deposit is payable before delivery. The deposit is refunded after the equipment is returned, inspected and found free of damage or missing accessories. Outstanding dues or repair costs may be adjusted against the deposit.
4. Delivery and installation
Delivery, installation and pickup are arranged by A2Z Rents within Chennai and nearby serviceable areas. Charges depend on location, quantity and urgency, and are shared in the quotation. The customer must provide safe access, power and space at the delivery site.
5. Ownership and use
All equipment remains the property of A2Z Rents at all times. Equipment may not be sub-let, pledged, sold, relocated to another city, modified or opened for repair by any third party without written consent.
6. Care, damage and loss
The customer is responsible for the safe custody of the equipment during the rental period. Damage beyond normal wear and tear, liquid damage, physical damage, theft or loss is chargeable at repair cost or replacement value as applicable.
7. Support and replacement
Faults arising from normal use are attended to at no additional charge, with repair or replacement units provided as quickly as possible. Support does not cover customer data, misuse, or unauthorised software.
8. Data and software
The customer is solely responsible for data stored on rented equipment and for the licensing of any software installed by them. Devices are wiped after return; A2Z Rents is not liable for any data left on returned equipment.
9. Payment terms
Invoices are payable as per the agreed schedule. Delayed payments may attract late fees and may result in recall of the equipment. Payments are handled directly with our team; the website does not process online payments.
10. Extension, return and termination
Extensions are subject to availability and must be requested before the rental end date. Either party may terminate as per the agreement, after which the equipment must be made available for pickup in working condition with all accessories.
